Privacy Policy

§.1 General Provisions

  1. The data controller is WARSAWBUSTRAVEL.PL SP. Z O. O. with its registered office at ul. Paprotki 6 05-830 Rusiec, NIP: 534-250-29-02, REGON: 361013201. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
  3. The term "User" has been replaced by the term "You", "Administrator" - "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect your right to privacy and take care of data security. For this purpose, we use, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  5. Personal data provided in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

  1. WARSAWBUSTRAVEL.PL SP. Z O. O. with its registered office at ul. Paprotki 6 05-830 Rusiec, NIP: 534-250-29-02, REGON: 361013201 is the administrator of its customers' data. This means that if you fill out the contact form on our website, we process your data such as: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP and other ordinary data that you provide, for contact purposes, as well as information about the offer of WARSAWBUSTRAVEL.PL SP. Z O. O..
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to the newsletter.
  3. Personal data are processed:
    1. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish and shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly implement the Services provided electronically,
    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you, if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
  4. Every data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  5. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court, archiving medical records or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
  6. The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  7. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized under applicable law.
  9. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimise the effects of a possible data security breach.
  10. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
  11. Personal data such as e-mail address, telephone number, name and surname are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to this by completing the form. We retain and use the above data only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.
